I'm a group exercise instructor with a specialist qualification for teaching exercise to older adults. 

I show dance and  fitness variations throughout each Zumba®.class, so you can choose the one that's right for you. Fitness variations can help power-up your workout and enhance strength and muscle tone in the lower body (think J-LO's bum!) and burn calories, but if you just want to dance, feel free!
